Wakarimasen (I Don’t Understand) (2017)
Video and sculpture installation inside enclosed 12x12ft room. A personal inquiry of what a human being is, pairing down to chemical compounds, and reaching to places that may seem uncertain if there is an answer at all. Overall, I have great anxiety as to what humans are in this world, and as a human myself in this space, I feel confused and scared. This video is compiled from a collection of various places I film where I walk-- wherever I go, and whenever I go.
